Leonard Elenbaas is a passionate chef with many years of experience in the kitchen, including 7 years as the owner of Restaurant Pure Passie. During these years, he encountered the Big Green Egg barbecue, which opened up a whole new perspective on cooking for him.
His passion for restaurant operations, extensive experience, and love for cooking, writing and publishing recipe books, running workshops, preparing various events, and travelling the world to make the Big Green Egg accessible to everyone, everywhere, opened a whole new door for him. He became Pure Passion On Tour!
Leonard now drives his Volkswagen van to his clients. And loading and unloading his expensive equipment, including the Green Eggs, is simple with the EasyLoader system!
